Een Chef Lunch Vis en een broodje halloumi voor die tafel op de verhoging, een carpaccio voor tafel 623 en dan nog een proefbordje Creuses voor 408 Oesterbarwijk. Past allemaal net op mijn plateau! Ik ben Rudy en ben zonder enige horeca ervaring binnen gestapt bij HNY. Ik kan je vertellen, in het begin was het wel even spannend, heel de dag lopen van het luik met plateau's vol borden naar tafel of met een dienblad vol drankjes… Op mijn eerste werkdag heb ik een training 1 gevolgd. De perfecte training voor de beginnende Horeca Medewerker waarin alle basiszaken worden uitgelegd zoals welke tafel waar staat en hoe de wijken heten. Toch vond ik het best even eng om het eerste plateau naar tafel te brengen, gelukkig vertelde mijn collega mij nog snel even wat op welk bord lag en kon ik dit weer vertellen aan de gasten.
