Wil jij de volgende stap maken in je horeca carrière? Voor onze locatie Ahold DC in Pijnacker zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Shift Supervisor! Op deze locatie verzorgen wij dagelijks ontbijt, lunch en diner voor de medewerkers van Ahold. Samen met het team zorg jij ervoor dat gasten kunnen genieten van een gastvrije sfeer, goede service en verse gerechten. Als Shift Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alle voorkomende operationele werkzaamheden op de vloer en ondersteun je de manager waar nodig. Daarnaast neem je bij afwezigheid van de manager een deel van de werkzaamheden over. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team soepel samenwerkt en dat de dagelijkse operatie goed verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het team tijdens de shifts Meewerken in de dagelijkse horeca werkzaamheden Ondersteunen en vervangen van de manager bij afwezigheid Zorgen voor een gastvrije en representatieve werkomgeving Coördineren van de werkzaamheden tijdens drukke momenten Toezien op kwaliteit, hygiëne en service Signaleren van verbeterpunten en commerciële kansen Zorgen voor een goede planning en samenwerking binnen het team Wat neem je mee? Passie voor horeca, gastvrijheid en teamwork Ervaring in de horeca, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende of aansturende rol Flexibele instelling en stressbestendigheid Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding Sterk in organiseren en overzicht bewaren Bereidheid om wisselende diensten te werken Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.718,95 (o.b.v. 38 uur per week), afhankelijk van werkervaring Contracturen: 30 uur per week Werktijden Maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 18:45 uur Weekenden tussen 08:30 en 18:15 uur Reiskostenvergoeding Vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Albron Toeslagen voor weekend- en feestdagendiensten Een gezellige werkomgeving met leuke collega’s Personeelsvereniging met leuke kortingen en activiteiten
