Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Horeca Manager/Clubmanager die verantwoordelijk is voor de onze racket club in Amsterdam Zuid. Heb je een passie voor horeca en sport en krijg jij energie van sociale activiteiten en steek je graag je handen uit de mouwen? Amsterdam Racket Club Amsterdam Racket Club is een racket centrum in Amsterdam met tennisbanen en padelbanen. Binnen de club valt ook The Padellers Amsterdam Zuid. Daarnaast is er een uitgebreide horeca waar bezoekers terecht kunnen voor een gezellige borrel en een hapje eten na het sporten. Horeca Manager/Clubmanager In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor Amsterdam Racket Club, inclusief The Padellers Amsterdam Zuid en stuur je het team van collega's aan. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het hoofdkantoor en verantwoordelijk voor alle (horeca) activiteiten binnen de club. Wil jij bijdragen aan ons succes dan zoeken wij jou! Job Responsibilities - Het managen van de dagelijkse operaties van de horecagelegenheid en sportvelden; - Aansturen en inplannen van het personeel; - Opstellen van roosters en zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting; - Inkoop en verkoop van horeca producten; - Klantenservice van topkwaliteit bieden en inspelen op de wensen van onze spelers; - Zorgdragen voor een schone, gastvrije en gezellige omgeving voor onze bezoekers; - Je houdt aanvragen voor lessen, baanhuur en events bij in onze administratie; - Je reageert zelfstandig per mail en/of telefoon op aanvragen van spelers en/of bedrijven; - Je begeleidt events in samenwerking met een team; - Jij beheert samen met de assistent-manager de bar en houdt toezicht op de sportvelden; - Rapporteren aan de operationeel manager over operationele prestaties en eventuele verbeteringen.
