Bij Albron, onderdeel van Hai – Hutten Albron Impactmakers, zorgen we elke dag voor lekker, duurzaam en gastvrij eten en drinken op horeca- en cateringlocaties door heel Nederland. Van bedrijfsrestaurants en zorglocaties tot daghoreca en vakantieparken: overal waar mensen samenkomen, maken wij het verschil met eten en gastvrijheid. Voor diverse locaties in Noord-Brabant zijn wij op zoek naar een Horecamanager Regio die tijdelijk locatieverantwoordelijken vervangt en helpt onze horecalocaties soepel te laten draaien. Jouw rol Als Horecamanager Regio ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel aansturen van meerdere horecalocaties binnen West-Brabant. Je vervangt locatieverantwoordelijken bij ziekte, verlof of andere tijdelijke afwezigheid en springt bij waar extra ondersteuning nodig is. Je coacht, motiveert en stuurt teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat gastbeleving en kwaliteit altijd op topniveau blijven. Daarnaast werk je actief mee in de operatie en pak je onder andere de volgende taken op: Ziekteverzuimbeheer, kassa- en omzetafhandeling Voorraadbeheer en plaatsen van bestellingen Werving & selectie en het opstellen van roosters Toezien op naleving van HACCP- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen Signaleren van verbeterpunten en aandragen van oplossingen Je hebt regelmatig contact met de Regiomanager en Overkoepelend Horecamanager over de voortgang en zorgt voor een soepele overdracht naar de vaste locatieverantwoordelijke. Wat neem je mee? Gastvrijheid zit in jouw DNA Minimaal een afgeronde middelbare hotelschool of vergelijkbare opleiding Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de horeca, bij voorkeur op grotere locaties Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden Kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen en relevante wet- en regelgeving In het bezit van een rijbewijs Flexibel inzetbaar binnen de regio West-Brabant Competenties: klantgericht, resultaatgericht, ondernemend, stressbestendig, analytisch sterk en een natuurlijke leider met helicopterview. Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.807,40 en € 3.289,31 (o.b.v. 38 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring) Werkweek van 35 uur, verdeeld over 5 dagen Auto van de zaak 25 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld Goede pensioenregeling Extra’s zoals kortingen en activiteiten Volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden (bijvoorbeeld richting Overkoepelend Horecamanager of Regiomanager) Mogelijkheid om min- en plusuren op te bouwen voor flexibiliteit Werken in een open, collegiale en dynamische organisatie Smaakt dit naar meer?
