Met een nieuwe eigenzinnige positionering, merkidentiteit en ambitieuze groeiplannen werken we aan de transformatie van een van de meest karaktervolle hotels van Utrecht.We zoeken een ervaren Hotel Manager die enthousiast wordt van de aankomende transitie. Die positieve uitdagingen ziet in het in goede banen leiden van de verbouwing en veranderingen, samen met het operationele team. Iemand die daarna de hotelkant van het bedrijf verder kan professionaliseren op het gebied van gastbeleving en kwaliteit. Een resultaatgerichte manager die een scherp oog heeft voor details, die door goed opgezette processen de operatie efficiënter laat werken en dagelijks scherp controleert op uitvoer en kwaliteit. Een manager die aanwezig is op de werkvloer, of meewerkt op drukke momenten als vrijdagavond of zondagochtend.Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de ervaring van hotelgasten die bij ons verblijven en de kwaliteit van de kamers. Je zorgt dat alles draait als een geoliede machine: tevreden gasten, blije medewerkers en gezonde cijfers. Jouw team bestaat uit de afdelingen receptie & reserveringen, housekeeping (outsourced) & de technische dienst: een intern team van zo'n 15 medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met de f&b afdeling, zit in het MT en wordt direct aangestuurd door de General Manager en eigenaar van het hotel. Je bent veel op de vloer aanwezig en werkt 2 diensten per week mee op de vloer (ook 's avonds of in het weekend).Als Hotel Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor - Dagelijkse aansturing van het hotel en alle hotel gerelateerde afdeling...
