Dan is de functie van Hotel Operations Manager bij Hotel Roemer en jou op het lijf geschreven.Als Hotel Operations Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het hotel én het restaurant. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, werkt actief mee en bent een echte people manager: je coacht, stuurt aan en zorgt voor een positieve en professionele werksfeer. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten én teamleden en weet verwachtingen te overtreffen – elke dag weer.Van personeelsplanning en performance reviews tot gastbeleving en procesoptimalisatie: jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en service op topniveau blijven. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat elke gast een unieke en persoonlijke Vondel Hotels ervaring beleeft.
