En iemand die voor gasten en medewerkers een vertrouwd gezicht wordt in zowel het restaurant als achter de receptie en zo op een prettige manier het hotel representeert. Kortom: iemand met passie voor de horeca! Jouw werk als Hotel Operations Medewerker Je werkt zowel in het restaurant als achter de receptie. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant: het ene moment help je mee in het restaurant met het ontbijt of diner, het volgende moment ontvang je gasten bij de receptie en vertel je hen alles over het hotel en Terschelling. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Gasten ontvangen en een goede service bieden; - Werken in de bediening en ondersteunen tijdens ontbijt, lunch en diner; - In- en uitchecken van hotelgasten; - Beantwoorden van vragen over het hotel en Terschelling; - Signaleren en oplossen van vragen of problemen van gasten; - Samenwerken met collega's van de receptie, housekeeping en andere afdelingen; - Zorgen voor een gastvrije en professionele uitstraling van het hotel.
