Sie haben keine Ausbildung und Qualifikation als Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent_in, möchten sich dennoch gerne dieser neuen Herausforderung stellen?

Sie sind über 18 Jahre alt und beim AMS arbeitslos gemeldet?

Dann haben wir die Lösung: über eine verkürzte Lehrausbildung zur Fachkraft im zweiten Bildungsweg!

INFORMATIONEN ZUR AUSBILDUNG (z.B. über das Programm AQUA)

- Verkürzte Lehrzeit

- Praktische Ausbildung im Lehrbetrieb

- Theorieteil in staatlich anerkannten Bildungseinrichtungen (z.B. Berufsschule)

- Keine Ausbildungskosten

- Einkommen in Höhe der aktuellen Geldleistung beim AMS (während der gesamten Ausbildung!)

o Minimum: Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhalts.

o Zusätzlich: Fahrtkostenpauschale

ZIEL: nach erfolgreichem Ausbildungsabschluss Übernahme in ein vollversicherungspflichtiges Dienstverhältnis

Grundvoraussetzungen:

* Sie sind beim AMS arbeitslos gemeldet und zählen zum förderbaren Personenkreis *

- die Abklärung muss mit Ihrer zuständigen regionalen AMS-Geschäftsstelle erfolgen. Erst nach positiver Entscheidung seitens Ihrer zuständigen regionalen AMS-Geschäftsstelle, können wir Ihre Bewerbung für eine Ausbildungsstelle berücksichtigen.

Tätigkeitsbereich

Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent_innen arbeiten im Service, an der Rezeption, im Backoffice und in der Gästebetreuung. Sie übernehmen organisatorische Aufgaben im Hotelbetrieb und sind wichtige Ansprechpersonen für Gäste.

Typische Tätigkeiten:

* Empfang, Betreuung und Information von Gästen

* Unterstützung an der Rezeption, Durchführung von An- und Abmeldungen

* Mitarbeit bei Reservierungen, Verwaltung von Buchungen und elektronischen Reservierungssystemen

* Gästekommunikation persönlich, telefonisch und schriftlich

* Servicearbeiten im Restaurant- oder Frühstücksbereich

* Mitwirkung bei organisatorischen Abläufen im Hotel (Büro, Verwaltung, Bestellungen, Korrespondenz)

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Erstellung einfacher Abrechnungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Küche, Service und Rezeption

Anforderungsprofil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Freundliches Auftreten, gepflegte Erscheinung

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit (mündlich und schriftlich)

* Teamfähigkeit und hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit

* Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern und Bereitschaft, Reservierungssysteme zu erlernen

* Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Lernbereitschaft (neue Systeme, Gästekorrespondenz, fachliche Abläufe)

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

Entlohnung

Für diese Position gilt das Einstiegsgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent_innen:

€ 2.080,- bis € 2.270,- brutto pro Monat (bei 40 Wochenstunden).
