Hotel Paal 8 aan Zee op West Terschelling is een van de mooiste hotels op de Waddeneilanden. Dagelijks stellen we alles in het werk om onze gasten te verzekeren van een plezierig en ontspannend verblijf. Waarbij we continu streven naar een verrassend onderscheid in gastvrijheid. Dát is ook wat we verwachten van de gedreven hotelmanager die we zoeken. Een functie vol uitdagingen Als onze nieuwe hotelmanager ben je het gezicht van Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee en draag je zorg voor een rendabele exploitatie. Je houdt alle operationele processen dan ook scherp in het vizier. Je bent gewend om strategisch vooruit te denken, te plannen en nieuwe initiatieven te ontplooien. Ook weet je als geen ander hoe je het beste uit elke medewerker naar boven haalt. Afhankelijk van het hoog- en laagseizoen telt je afdeling gemiddeld zo'n 35 mensen. Je stuurt vol enthousiasme de teamleiders aan die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de diverse afdelingen in het hotel. Je denkt in mogelijkheden en ziet steeds weer nieuwe kansen om de kwaliteit van onze gastvrijheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Om zo het succes van ons hotel nog verder uit te bouwen. Wanneer je jezelf ruimschoots hebt bewezen, bestaat de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de functie van general manager. Wat we van jou verwachten: Een carrière als hotelmanager bij Paal 8 Hotel aan Zee vereist niet alleen veel kennis, inzicht en ervaring. Maar ook een flexibele en proactieve instelling en een natuurlijke leiders mentaliteit.
