Jouw rol als Housekeeping SupervisorAls Housekeeping Supervisor speel jij een cruciale rol in het perfectioneren van de ultieme gastervaring. Samen met de Housekeeping Manager stuur jij een team van gepassioneerde professionals aan en zorg je ervoor dat iedere ruimte straalt van perfectie. Jouw oog voor detail, leiderschap en passie voor hospitality maken het verschil!Wat ga je doen? • Leidinggeven Je motiveert en inspireert een topteam van schoonmakers en stuurt hen op dagelijks niveau aan. • Uitmuntende gastbeleving: Jij zet je in om onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring te bieden, met de hoogste standaarden in service en hygiëne. • Reputatiemanagement: Jij waarborgt onze kwaliteit en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en verzorg je quality checks op wekelijkse basis. • Hygiëne & Voorschriften: Samen met de Housekeeping Manager zorg je voor een kraaknet hotel en naleving van alle voorschriften. Operationele aansturing: Je bent hands-on en zorgt ervoor dat het team elke dag op topniveau presteert. • Talentontwikkeling: Je helpt bij het trainen en begeleiden van medewerkers en stimuleert hun groei. • Voorraadbeheer: Jij zorgt in samenwerking met de Housekeeping manager ervoor dat alle benodigdhede
