Cosun is georganiseerd in meerdere businessgroepen, namelijk Cosun Beet Company, Aviko, Cosun Ingredients & Duynie. Context en wat ga je doen? In het shared service centre komen processen, expertise en service samen. We beantwoorden vragen, bieden ondersteuning, zorgen voor een zorgvuldige en consistente afhandeling van HR-vraagstukken en processen. Door medewerkers en managers snel en goed te helpen, maken we HR niet alleen efficiënt en consistent, maar ook persoonlijk en toegankelijk. Het shared service centre werkt op basis van duidelijke serviceafspraken, draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening en richt zich op kwaliteit, snelheid en efficiëntie. Als HR Admin officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de juistheid en betrouwbaarheid van personeels- en organisatiedata binnen HR. Je ondersteunt organisatorische wijzigingen, verwerkt personeelsmutaties en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen. Daarbij maak je gebruik van technologie en AI-oplossingen om processen te optimaliseren, medewerkers snel te ondersteunen en een positieve gebruikerservaring te bieden. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Shared Service Centre en ondersteunt meerdere Business Groepen. In deze rol werk je in een nauwkeurige en servicegerichte omgeving waarin kwalitatieve HR-administratie centraal staat. Je draagt bij aan efficiënte HR-processen, employee self-service en de continue verbetering van administratieve process...
