Onze klant is een gerenommeerde en sterk groeiende onderneming actief binnen de bouw- en constructiesector. Dankzij hun focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en vakmanschap realiseren zij uiteenlopende projecten en bouwen zij dagelijks verder aan een duurzame toekomst. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, kijken zij vandaag uit naar een administratieve versterking binnen de personeelsdienst.

Omschrijving

  • Ondersteunen van de personeelsdienst bij de dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Coördineren en administratief opvolgen van onboardings van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Beheren van de HR-mailbox en beantwoorden of doorsturen van binnenkomende vragen.
  • Fungeren als eerste telefonisch aanspreekpunt van de personeelsdienst.
  • Administratieve opvolging van onderaannemers en bijhorende documentatie.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van de attesten- en certificatenlijst.
  • Opvolgen van vervaldata van attesten en proactief communiceren hierover.
  • Inplannen en administratief opvolgen van medische onderzoeken.
  • Verzorgen van een correcte administratieve offboarding van interimarissen.
  • Waken over een correcte, tijdige en gestructureerde personeelsadministratie.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen administratie of HR-ondersteuning.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt ervan mensen verder te helpen.
  • Je kan vlot prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende taken samenkomen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving of HR-processen is een mooie plus.
