Binnen Avantage krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en werk je samen met collega's die elkaar makkelijk weten te vinden en graag kennis delen. Wat ga je doen? Je weet wat er nodig is om HR goed te laten draaien. Of het nu gaat om een manager die advies nodig heeft, een verzuimtraject dat aandacht vraagt of een proces dat slimmer kan worden ingericht: jij pakt het op. Je werkt voornamelijk voor Avantage Managed Solutions in Rotterdam, maar maakt tegelijkertijd onderdeel uit van het centrale HR-team van Ricoh Nederland. Daardoor krijg je een rol waarin je zowel dicht op de business zit als kunt bijdragen aan organisatiebrede HR-ontwikkelingen. Binnen Avantage krijg je veel ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zelf met verbeteringen te komen. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's weten elkaar makkelijk te vinden en goede ideeën blijven niet onnodig lang op de plank liggen. Tegelijkertijd profiteer je van de kennis, processen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden van een grotere internationale organisatie. Naarmate de integratie met Ricoh verder vorm krijgt, krijg je de kans om jouw rol verder uit te breiden en ook andere Ricoh-entiteiten in Nederland te ondersteunen.
