Als HR Adviseur (32-40 uur) word jij dé HR sparringpartner voor onze leidinggevenden binnen Plant in Kruiningen 1. Een dynamische en verantwoordelijke rol waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt. Wij zien altijd kansen, jij ook? Als HR Adviseur lever je een directe bijdrage aan de groei van zowel onze medewerkers als onze fabriek. Je houdt je bezig met alle facetten van HR: van instroom tot uitstroom en alles daartussen. Samen met je HR collega's werk je aan thema's als ontwikkeling, verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en employer branding. Zo zorg je ervoor dat alle collega's het beste uit hun werk halen en kunnen groeien. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een hecht HR team (2 HR adviseurs en 1 HR manager) waarin we graag samenwerken, kennis delen en elkaar versterken. Daarnaast wordt je ondersteund in je werkzaamheden door één recruiter die werft voor de plant en een HR support team voor administratieve taken. Hoe ziet je werkdag er uit? Je werkdag bij Lamb Weston is dynamisch en mensgericht - geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene ochtend spar je met een supervisor over het ontwikkelplan van het team, later zit je met een kandidaat voor een sollicitatiegesprek en 's middags bespreek je met de HR Manager de voortgang van een project, zoals bijvoorbeeld employer branding. Je bent zichtbaar, betrokken en draagt direct bij aan het werkplezier van je collega's. Concreet betekent dat onder andere dat je: - het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor onze leidinggevenden en collega's over dagelijkse HR gerelateerde onderwerpen (zoals de toepassing van de CAO, wetgeving, verzuim, gesprekken en verslaglegging); - leidinggevenden, teams en collega's helpt zich verder te ontwikkelen, verbeteringen initieert op HR-gebied en zorg...
