Vacature HR Adviseur 24 - 32 uur Over Poorthuis Poorthuis is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in (bedrukte) kunststof en kartonnen verpakkingen met nationale en internationale klanten. We hebben inmiddels meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in het ontwikkelen en produceren van innovatieve verpakkingen voor klanten in de food- en non-foodindustrie. Met een eigen productielocatie hebben we volledige controle over kwaliteit, innovatie en levertijden. Eerst de basis goed. Daarna samen verder bouwen. Een goede HR-afdeling begint bij overzicht, structuur en een administratie die klopt. Voor onze organisatie met ongeveer 65 collega's zoeken wij daarom een HR Adviseur die zaken goed organiseert, afspraken opvolgt en zorgt dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden op HR kunnen vertrouwen. Vanuit die stevige basis willen we stap voor stap verder bouwen aan HR 2.0 Van Personeelszaken naar HR 2.0 In het begin ligt de nadruk op het goed organiseren en beheersen van de dagelijkse HR-processen. Als daar grip op is, bepalen we samen de volgende stappen. Denk aan slimmere processen, het begeleiden van leidinggevenden en meer aandacht voor ontwikkeling en goed werkgeverschap. Geen groot veranderprogramma, maar concrete verbeteringen in een logisch tempo. Je houdt dus de basis stevig op orde en creëert van daaruit ruimte om HR verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - de HR-mailbox beheren en vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden oppakken; - personeelsadministratie, contracten en arbeidsvoorwaarden verzorgen; - ziekmeldingen verwerken en begeleiden via het arboportaal en contact houden met arbodienst, UWV en verzuimverzekeraar; de maandelijkse salarisverwerking in Numbers verzorgen; - werving en selectie oppakken; - personeelsgesprekken voeren, leidinggevenden ondersteunen en sparren met de General Manager.
