Als HR-Adviseur krijg je de kans om onze HR-processen verder te professionaliseren en het management te ondersteunen met jouw kennis en advies. • Vacature: HR Adviseur • Branche: Administratief • Locatie: Dedemsvaart • Over het bedrijf: Onze opdrachtgever is een logistiek familiebedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met transport in binnen- en buitenland, opslag (warehousing), internationaal vervoer (forwarding), en logistieke oplossingen op maat. Ze hebben ook een eigen IT-platform en zetten sterk in op duurzaamheid met elektrische vrachtwagens, zonnepanelen en laadpleinen. Daarnaast zijn ze maatschappelijk betrokken en actief in de regio. • Omschrijving: Als HR-Adviseur ben jij de schakel tussen management en medewerkers. Je zorgt ervoor dat ons HR-beleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar ook écht werkt in de praktijk. Van werving en selectie tot verzuimbegeleiding en verandertrajecten - jij hebt overal een rol in. Je signaleert verbeterkansen, geeft advies en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga je doen: - Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie en verbetering van ons HR-beleid - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over personeelsvraagstukken, arbeidsvoorwaarden en verzuim - Je coördineert werving & selectie, van vacaturebeheer tot sollicitatiegesprekken - Je beheert de HR-administratie, zoals contractbeheer en verzuimregistratie - Je begeleidt casussen op het gebied van verzuim en arbeidsconflicten - Je ondersteunt bij verandertrajecten, zoals reorganisaties en teamontwikkeling - Je houdt wet- en regelgeving in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar praktische adviezen • Wat vragen we van jou: Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van een dynamische werkomgeving.
