Ben jij een HR-professional die graag midden in de organisatie staat? Iemand die niet alleen adviseert vanaf de zijlijn, maar ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Bij VCSW krijg je die ruimte. VCSW groeit hard. Door onze groei en verschillende overnames komen er regelmatig nieuwe collega's, teams en locaties bij. Dat maakt HR bij ons dynamisch en afwisselend. Als HR Adviseur ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de organisatie. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Den Haag en bent regelmatig aanwezig op onze locaties in Houten en Amersfoort. Daar weet je wat er speelt, ben je makkelijk benaderbaar en pak je HR-vraagstukken zelfstandig op. Van een praktische vraag over verlof of een contract tot het begeleiden van een verzuimdossier of het adviseren van een leidinggevende: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Naast autonome groei ontwikkelen we onze organisatie verder door samenwerking en uitbreiding van onze labels. Dat heeft direct invloed op recruitment. Nieuwe teams, nieuwe functies, veranderende behoeften en groeiende ambities zorgen ervoor dat recruitment continu in beweging is. De ene keer gaat het om een specialistisch profiel, de andere keer om een commerciële of operationele functie.
