- HR Adviseur bij Kemie - 32 - 40 uur - € 4.500,- / € 5.500,- - Helmond Wil jij mee bouwen aan een HR-afdeling die dichter op de operatie zit? Bij Kemie in Helmond werk je in een organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en beslissingen snel genomen worden. Met zo'n 120 collega's zorg jij ervoor dat HR niet alleen ondersteunt, maar daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan de continuïteit en groei van de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Je krijgt een zelfstandige en veelzijdige rol binnen onze HR-afdeling. Samen met je HR-collega, die verantwoordelijk is voor de personeels- en salarisadministratie, zorg jij ervoor dat HR zichtbaar, praktisch en toekomstgericht wordt ingericht. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers en neemt eigenaarschap over de thema's die bijdragen aan goed werkgeverschap. Daarbij ligt de komende periode extra nadruk op het versterken van de werving & selectie, het begeleiden van verzuim en het verder professionaliseren van HR-processen. Werving & selectie Je regelt het volledige proces van A tot Z. Je schrijft vacatureteksten, voert sollicitatiegesprekken, stemt arbeidsvoorwaarden af en begeleidt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun onboarding. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met uitzendbureaus en recruitmentpartners en zorg je voor regie en kwaliteit in de instroom van nieuwe medewerkers. Verzuimbegeleiding en preventie Je voert verzuimgesprekken, bewaakt dossiers en bent aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en de arbodienst. Je zorgt voor inzicht in verzuimcijfers, signaleert ontwikkelingen en neemt initiatief om verzuim beheersbaar te houden. Daarbij durf je duidelijke keuzes te maken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Duurzaam werkgeverschap Je denkt mee over onderwerpen zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit, veilig werken en de ondersteuning van medewerkers in verschillende fases van hun loopbaan.
