HR Adviseur Voor een professionele en groeiende organisatie in de regio Veenendaal zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren HR Adviseur. In deze brede HR-functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en uitvoering van diverse HR-processen en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management. € 5500 Regio Veenendaal HBO Finance & Operations Wat ga je doen als HR Adviseur? Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen operationele HR-werkzaamheden, advisering en administratieve taken. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie en het optimaliseren van HR-processen. Jouw werkzaamheden In deze functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren en ondersteunen van werving & selectie; - Opstellen en verwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige HR-documentatie; - Adviseren en beantwoorden van uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken; - Ondersteunen bij ontwikkeling, verzuimbegeleiding en talentmanagement; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen HR-processen; - Meedenken over verdere digitalisering en automatisering van HR-processen; - Fungeren als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management op het gebied van HR.
