Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie voor ongeveer 6 maanden. Als HR Adviseur ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je adviseert en ondersteunt op zowel operationeel als tactisch niveau en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de HR-afdeling. Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende HR-thema's zoals verzuim, ontwikkeling, performance management, recruitment en organisatieontwikkeling. Daarnaast denk je mee over de optimalisatie van HR-processen en de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid.
