Als HR-adviseur bij GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland ben jij de schakel tussen HR-beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en zorgt dat beleid niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook goed werkt in de organisatie. Daarbij gaat het om impact: op mensen, teams en de toekomst van de organisatie.

Je werkt binnen het HR-team en hebt veel zelfstandigheid in je rol. Je bent sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en weet wanneer je adviseert, wanneer je richting geeft en wanneer je vooral goed moet luisteren. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen individuele casuïstiek en organisatie-brede thema's.

Jij vertaalt HR-beleid en wetgeving naar heldere, toepasbare oplossingen die passen binnen een publieke organisatie. Daarbij houd je altijd oog voor draagvlak, kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Adviseren van leidinggevenden op tactisch en operationeel niveau. • Begeleiden van complexe casuïstiek (bijvoorbeeld op gebied van verzuim en (dis)functioneren) en zorgen voor zorgvuldige toepassing van wet- en regelgeving. • Leidinggevenden ondersteunen in de interpretatie van HR-kengetallen en deze vertalen van inzichten naar gerichte verbeteracties. • Optimaliseren van HR-processen en -instrumenten, vastgesteld beleid omzetten in heldere procedures, regelingen en uitvoeringsafspraken en toezien op juiste toepassing hiervan binnen de organisatie. • Initiëren en door-ontwikkelen van HR-instrumenten rondom verschillende HR thema's. • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en samenhang van HR-beleid en waar nodig regie nemen op projecten en verbetertrajecten.

Functie-eisen: Als HR-adviseur ben jij iemand die beleid en praktijk moeiteloos met elkaar verbindt. Je bent analytisch sterk, maar ook pragmatisch. Je begrijpt dat goed HR-advies niet alleen juridisch klopt, maar ook past bij de mensen en de organisatie.
