Daarom zijn we op zoek naar iemand die HR binnen onze organisatie zelfstandig verder kan opbouwen. Wat ga je doen? We zijn op zoek naar een HR Adviseur die samen met het Zorgverbinders-team verder wil professionaliseren. Iemand die leidinggevenden stevig én menselijk adviseert. Die energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken, maar ook graag de handen operationeel uit de mouwen steekt en de administratie verwerkt. Jouw kerntaken: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden en medewerkers over HR-zaken zoals arbeidsrecht, verzuim, en performance management - Begeleiden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij de volledige employee lifecycle, van instroom tot uitstroom - Begeleiden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij functioneren, beoordelen, ontwikkeling en loopbaanvraagstukken - Adviseren over verzuim, inzetbaarheid en re-integratie en waar nodig samenwerken met arbodienstverlening en andere betrokken partijen - Begeleiden van complexe personele casuïstiek, waaronder disfunctioneren, conflicten, arbeidsvoorwaarden en beëindiging van dienstverbanden - Toepassen en bewaken van relevante wet- en regelgeving, arbeidsvoorwaarden en intern HR-beleid - Opstellen, actualiseren en implementeren van HR-beleid, procedures en richtlijnen - Coördineren en uitvoeren van recruitmentactiviteiten, waaronder het opstellen en publiceren van vacatureteksten, het actief werven en sel...
