Ben jij een stevige gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en neem jij eigenaarschap voor organisatie- en personeelsvraagstukken? Werk je graag samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines om de organisatie verder te ontwikkelen?StapStap naar voren als HR adviseur. Wat ga je doen? De HR afdeling van de VNG is volop in ontwikkeling. De afgelopen periode is een stevige basis gelegd: expertises zijn ingericht, processen verbeterd en de eerste stappen gezet richting een vernieuwde HR dienstverlening. De volgende fase vraagt om HR-professionals die graag de regie pakken, de ruimte benutten om impact te maken, zichtbaar zijn in de organisatie en samen met collega's aan een integrale dienstverlening bouwen. Als HR adviseur ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw organisatieonderdelen en de onafhankelijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Je adviseert maximaal tien leidinggevenden, waardoor je tijd hebt om hen en hun teams echt te leren kennen en duurzame adviesrealisaties op te bouwen. Je begrijpt wat er speelt binnen teams en directies en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar passende HR-adviezen en interventies. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over de ontwikkeling van hun organisatieonderdeel en ondersteunt hen bij tactische organisatie- en personeelsvraagstukken, zoals organisatieontwikkeling, strategische personeelsplanning, capaciteitsvraagstukken, leiderschapsontwikkeling en veranderopgaven. Daarnaast begeleid je leidinggevenden bij complexe individuele personele vraagstukken en zorg je voor een zorgvuldige toepassing van wet- en regelgeving en HR beleid.
