Voor een gewaardeerde opdrachtgever in de omgeving van Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Adviseur. Het betreft een vaste functie binnen een professionele organisatie waar HR een volwaardige en zichtbare rol speelt. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om te adviseren op niveau, mee te denken over beleid en tegelijkertijd betrokken te blijven bij de dagelijkse praktijk. De opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een stabiele en goed georganiseerde organisatie met een duidelijke visie op samenwerken en ontwikkelen. De HR-afdeling bestaat uit een betrokken en deskundig team waarin kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan. HR werkt nauw samen met management en directie en heeft daarmee een duidelijke stem binnen de organisatie. De cultuur is open, informeel en mensgericht. Naast het werk is er volop aandacht voor verbinding. Regelmatig worden er informele activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals teamuitjes en gezamenlijke momenten, wat bijdraagt aan een prettige werksfeer en een sterk teamgev...
