Dan krijg je bij Actief Zorg de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten én bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-Adviseur ben je de vaste HR-partner voor de regiomanagers en teamleiders binnen jouw regio. Je staat dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk en adviseert en coacht leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende personele en organisatorische vraagstukken. Daarbij help je hen niet alleen met het vraagstuk van vandaag, maar versterk je hen ook om toekomstige situaties steeds zelfstandiger aan te pakken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren over personele, organisatorische en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van complexe casuïstiek, zoals disfunctioneren, arbeidsconflicten, inzetbaarheid en verbetertrajecten; - Adviseren over verzuim, re-integratie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving, de cao VVT, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en evaluatie van HR-beleid; - Adviseren over organisatie-, formatie- en functievraagstukken; - Samenwerken met HR-Administratie, Recruitment, Leren & Ontwikkelen en je collega HR-Adviseurs. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van jouw advies en de begeleiding van het proces. De leidinggevende houdt de regie over de medewerker en neemt uiteindelijk de beslissing over de vervolgstappen. Jij ondersteunt, stelt kritische vragen en bewaakt dat de juiste stappen zorgvul...
