Dit ga je doen Als HR-adviseur voor onze werkmaatschappij JESS heb je een afwisselende baan: je adviseert het management over personele en organisatorische vraagstukken, zoals de toepassing van arbeidsvoorwaarden, arbeidsrechtelijke zaken, complex verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid. In het MT voer je het woord over HR zaken en samen met de directeur bespreek je de management rapportages waarin jouw advies is opgenomen. Je doet je werk vanuit het kantoor van JESS in Den Haag en vanuit het hoofdkantoor van Xtra in Rijswijk. Daar ontmoet je je collega's van het HR team en werk je samen aan HR thema's die voor de organisatie als geheel van belang zijn.
