Als HR-adviseur binnen ons team adviseer je onze klanten bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren en uitvoeren van HR-beleid. Via Van Ree Accountants, Van Ree Finance Consultants en Van Ree HR Consultants komen verschillende HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken binnen waar we als HR-team mee aan de slag gaan. Denk hierbij aan opdrachten als: - Beoordelen en opstellen van beleidsstukken, reglementen en handboeken - Begeleiding bij disfunctioneren van medewerkers - Optimaliseren HR-processen - Implementeren van HR-instrumenten zoals een functiehuis, salarishuis, performance cyclus - Ontwikkeling van een functieloongebouw of salarishuis - Advisering over alle voorkomende thema's van strategische personeelsplanning tot duurzame inzetbaarheid Jij houdt van uitdaging en diverse klantopdrachten en weet de klantbehoefte goed te vertalen in een concreet advies. Jouw HR-kennis en ervaring zet je in voor een diverse klantenportefeuille, zowel voor ondernemers als voor klanten in de non-profit sector. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het salaris- en HR-adviesteam wat bestaat uit 10 enthousiaste collega's. Samen plan je de te verrichten werkzaamheden en draag je er zorg voor dat deze efficiënt en binnen de afgesproken tijd worden uitgevoerd. Wat vragen wij? Jij past bij Van Ree, door wie je bent.
