Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken en bredere HR-thema's en helpt leidinggevenden om hun teams succesvol te laten functioneren. Met jouw praktische aanpak, frisse blik en adviesvaardigheden draag je bij aan een professionele en toekomstgerichte HR-organisatie. Jouw rol als HR Adviseur Als HR Adviseur ben je het eerste HR-aanspreekpunt voor diverse standplaatsen in Nederland. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van HR-beleid en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams en leiderschap. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere HR Adviseurs, HR Support en de HR-manager. Daarnaast is er voldoenderuimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het HR-vakgebied. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent het eerste HR-aanspreekpunt voor Hoofdkantoor (Shared Service afdelingen), Logistiek en evt andere onderdelen - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over HR-vraagstukken rondom in-, door- en uitstroom - Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij personeelsvraagstukken en dagelijkse HR-uitdagingen - Je begeleidt verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten samen met leidinggevenden en de casemanager - Je ondersteunt bij werving & selectie, onboarding en het versterken van de medewerkersreis - Je signaleert HR-knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concre...
