Je adviseert leidinggevenden, denkt mee over organisatieontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar daadwerkelijk werkt in de praktijk. Jouw rol: impact maken met jouw expertise Ben jij een HR Adviseur die graag dicht op de praktijk zit én energie krijgt van data, analyse en verbetering? In deze rol ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij praktische HR-vraagstukken binnen enkele operationele afdelingen. Daarnaast heb je organisatiebreed twee belangrijke aandachtsgebieden: verzuim en HR analytics. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken op het gebied van in-, door- en uitstroom, verzuim, functioneren en ontwikkeling. Daarbij weet je wet- en regelgeving te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen die aansluiten bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de individuele casus. Vanuit jouw expertise op het gebied van verzuim analyseer je verzuimtrends, signaleer je knelpunten en adviseer je over passende interventies. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van HR analytics binnen Arbo Unie. Je vertaalt data naar bruikbare inzichten, rapportages en adviezen waarmee management en directie onderbouwde keuzes kunnen maken. De focus van jouw rol ligt op monitoring, analyse, rappo...
