Als HR-adviseur maak je deel uit van een team van HR-adviseurs, opleiders en recruiters. In je werk kom je, naast de grotere HR-vraagstukken, van alles tegen. Zo lever je een bijdragen aan kwaliteit van werkprocessen, beleidsontwikkeling, projectleiding en advisering op alle niveaus. Je weet je stijl daarop aan te passen. Je combineert een analytische blik met een praktische aanpak. Je gebruikt data om inzicht te krijgen en vertaalt analyses naar concrete adviezen. Met elkaar zijn we sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en MT-leden. Je ondersteunt en adviseert hen bij vraagstukken op het gebied van: Teamsamenstelling, teamontwikkeling en personele inzet: hoe ziet het ideale team eruit, nu én straks? Arbo, duurzame inzetbaarheid en balans: je initieert, stuurt op en bewaakt de voortgang van de uitvoer van plannen en projecten gericht op versterking van een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving.
