Over DION HR Als HR Adviseur kom je in dienst bij DION HR, een betrokken HR-dienstverlener met specialisten op uiteenlopende vakgebieden. Binnen ons team wordt veel kennis gedeeld, sparren we regelmatig over HR-vraagstukken en helpen we elkaar waar nodig. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is informeel en er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Juist die combinatie van professionaliteit, samenwerking en plezier maakt DION HR een fijne plek om te werken. Voor onze vaste opdrachtgever DION Pensioen Services in Houten zoeken wij een HR Adviseur. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers en draag je bij aan een prettige en professionele werkomgeving. Wat kun je verwachten? Bij DION HR geloven we dat werk meer is dan alleen een baan. Daarom bieden we je een functie waarin uitdaging, flexibiliteit, ontwikkeling en werkplezier hand in hand gaan. - Een dienstverband van 28 tot 40 uur per week. - Een salaris tussen € 3.482 en € 5.060 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring). - Een jaarlijkse arbeidsdividend van 0 - 2,5% van het jaarsalaris. - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om 2 dagen thuis te werken. - Minimaal 37 verlof- en ATV-dagen (op basis van 40 uur). - Een goede pensioenregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer of volledige OV-vergoeding. - Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het HR-vak.
