Als strategische en daadkrachtige professional werk je aan actuele HR-vraagstukken en bouw je mee aan beleid dat zowel toekomstbestendig als mensgericht is. Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor management en medewerkers, brengt structuur en denkt mee op tactisch én strategisch niveau. Deze rol biedt jou afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om bij te dragen aan organisaties die ertoe doen - met de flexibiliteit van detachering en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Wat ga je doen: - Adviseren over HR-beleid en strategische personeelsplanning binnen overheidsorganisaties - Implementeren van HR-strategieën en verandertrajecten - Begeleiden en adviseren over cao's, arbeidsrecht en HR-gerelateerde wetgeving - Sparringpartner zijn voor management en directie op HR-thema's - Leidinggeven aan HR-teams of fungeren als interim HR-manager bij tijdelijke opdrachten - Actief bijdragen aan inclusie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en employer branding - Analyseren en verbeteren van HR-processen binnen de organisatie Afhankelijk van de opdracht kan jouw focus meer liggen op strategische advisering of juist op de uitvoering van HR-beleid en operationele HR-taken. Wat neem je mee: Eisen: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Arbeidsrecht of een vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR-Adviseur/ HR Manager binnen een overheidsorganisatie - Kennis van arbeidsrecht, cao's en wetgeving binnen de publieke sector - Ervaring met verandertrajecten en strategische personeelsplanning - Uitstekende communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden op alle niveaus Wensen: - Ervaring met HR-systemen en data-analyse binnen HRM - Kennis van organisatieontwikkeling en talentmanagement - Ervaring met projectmatig werken of interim-opdrachten Wat je krijgt: - Uitstekend salaris tussen € 6.000 en € 9.000 per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring en o...
