Dan ben jij de HR-Adviseur die wij zoeken voor een professionele en warme zorgorganisatie in Den Haag. - Regio Den Haag; - 32 - 36 uur per week; - Max. € 5.962,34 obv 36 uur per maand (FWG 60, CAO VVT). Wat ga je doen? Als HR Adviseur binnen deze ouderenzorgorganisatie word jij op HR-gebied verantwoordelijk voor de wijkzorg. Je werkt samen met twee collega-adviseurs en twee HR-medewerkers. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor managers en waar nodig medewerkers, ook adviseer jij op het gebied van HR en verzuim(preventie). Jij ondersteunt de leidinggevenden, bespreekt casuïstiek en denkt mee in mogelijkheden, zodat medewerkers gezond, veilig en volgens de richtlijnen werken. Naast de primaire taken denk jij mee op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid, onboarding, leiderschap en recruitment. Over de organisatie Deze organisatie met ruim 500 medewerkers kenmerkt zich door een hechte cultuur. Medewerkers kijken naar elkaar om, staan voor elkaar klaar en willen gezamenlijk de beste zorg leveren. De organisatie kent 3 zorglocaties en levert wijkzorg. Alle ondersteunende diensten zijn gevestigd op de grootste zorglocatie. Kenmerkend voor de organisatie is de warme sfeer, de korte lijnen en laagdrempelige cultuur en schone, opgeruimde locaties. Wij zijn op zoek naar een volwaardige gesprekspartner is voor het middenkader. Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt nauwgezet en wil een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het ontwikkelen van de organisatie. Verder voldoe jij aan de volgende punten: - Je beschikt over HBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Bij voorkeur heb je een HR-gerelateerde opleiding (op hbo-niveau); - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in HR; - Ervaring in de zorg is nadrukkelijk een pré; - Je bent planmatig sterk en zowel analytisch als operationeel sterk; - Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaa...
