Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als HR advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons HR-team. Je werkt mee aan de verdere professionalisering van HR en krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen operationele werkzaamheden en verbeterprojecten en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze collega's en organisatie optimaal kunnen ondersteunen. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast HR-team bestaande uit een HR manager, HR advisor, HR support medewerker en salarisadministrateur. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen van het HR-team en bijdragen aan diverse HR-projecten; - Verzamelen, analyseren en actualiseren van HR-data, rapportages en dashboards; - Meewerken aan vernieuwde initiatieven (zoals ontwikkeling van AI-tool); - Optimaliseren van onze HR-processen en systemen en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden; - Ondersteunen van de HR advisor bij advies richting teamleiders en MT op het gebied van HR gerelateerde vraagstukken. Wie ben jij? Je krijgt energie van samenwerken, vindt het leuk om zaken te verbeteren en bent graag betrokken bij verschillende projecten tegelijk. Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en hebt oog voor zowel mensen als processen. Voor deze b(l)oeiende functie stellen wij de volgende functie-eisen: - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van HR; - 2-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je bent 32-40 uur beschikbaar (waarvan in ieder geval op woensdag en vrijdag i.v.m. de bezetting van de afdeling); - Kennis van actuele HR-gerelateerde wet- en regelgeving; - Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office; - Interesse in HR-data, digita...
