- +31 (0)70 360 69 90 - [email protected] HR Advisor NL/international Voor onze opdrachtgever, een internationale organisatie (social added value & impact, non-profit, ca. 1.000 empl.)), zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste, energieke en hands on HR ADVISOR NL/INTERNATIONAL Allround, operationeel, tactisch & strategisch Regio: Zuid-Holland In deze brede allround HR functie ben je het aanspreekpunt en adviseer je managers en medewerkers over allerhande HR onderwerpen (in-, door- en uitstroom). Dit doe je zelfstandig, maar ook samen met je HR collega's in een leuk collegiaal functionerend HR team. Je adviseert, gevraagd en ongevraagd het management en de medewerkers, ontwikkelt mede en implementeert het HR beleid en zorgt voor een goede uitvoering van het HR beleid. Samen met je collega's ga je aan de slag met het verder ontwikkelen en verbeteren van dit HR beleid, HR processen, HR instrumenten en de toepassing ervan. Profiel: - HBO level, bij voorbeeld HRM, Bedrijfskunde of hiermee vergelijkbaar; - ca. 4+ jaar ervaring als HR Adviseur, Business Partner bij voorkeur in een dynamische professionele internationale werkomgeving; - affiniteit/ervaring met W&S; - kennis HR systemen; - kennis en ervaring met het werken in HR projecten; - kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en actuele ontwikkelingen en trends op HRM vakgebied; - kennis arbeidsrecht; - weet zich goed staande te houden in een internationale professionele werkomgeving - goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; - energiek, flexibel, secuur, hands-on Propositie: - dynamische veelzijdige allround HR functie in internationale organisatie, die substantiële maatschappelijke toegevoegde waarde levert; - mooie ca. stevige 2 de a 3 de carriére stap; - samenwerken in een compact professioneel, collegiaal HR team; - fulltime/parttime; - uitstekende ontwikkelings- en opleidingsmogelijkheden; - goed, marktconform salar...
