Bedrijfsomschrijving Deze organisatie levert hoogwaardige voedingsproducten aan diverse klanten in de voedselindustrie. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne systemen en veel aandacht voor medewerkers. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch stafteam met korte lijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Medewerkers zijn betrokken en er is oog voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Functieomschrijving In deze parttime functie als HR Assistent in Putten en Barneveld ondersteun je het HR-team met administratieve processen en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s. Door jouw inzet loopt de personeelsadministratie vlekkeloos en kunnen medewerkers en leidinggevenden rekenen op heldere antwoorden bij HR-vragen. Je zorgt dat in- en uitdiensttreding soepel verlopen, houdt de urenregistratie bij, en organiseert interne opleidingen. Jouw werk helpt medewerkers zich welkom te voelen en zorgt voor een goed georganiseerde werkplek. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het verwerken van mutaties in de personeelsadministratie. Je helpt collega’s met vragen over verlof of ziekte, controleert facturen en ondersteunt bij onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Je hebt contact met verschillende afdelingen en werkt samen aan HR-projecten. Je dag is afwisselend, waarbij je soms snel moet schakelen tussen verschillende taken. - Verwerken van personeelsmutaties en bijhouden van dossiers; - Ondersteunen bij in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Beheren van de urenregistratie en verzuimadministratie; - Controleren van facturen en personeelskosten; - Organiseren van interne opleidingen en ondersteunen bij onboarding.

Functie-eisen - Beschikt over een afgeronde hbo bij voorkeur richting HR, bedrijfskunde of hotelschool; - Jij hebt eerder werkervaring opgedaan binnen een HR-afdeling of bijvoorbeeld een uitzendbureau; - Toont servicegerichtheid en beweegt je makkelijk binnen de organisatie.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tussen €2.900 en €3.400 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Parttime fu
