Hier werk je aan innovatieve installaties voor onder andere de chemische, petrochemische en voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Samen met collega's en klanten zorg je ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven presteren én klaar zijn voor de toekomst. Functie Als HR Business Partner ben jij de strategische sparringpartner voor management en directie. Je beweegt moeiteloos tussen strategie en praktijk en weet precies wat er speelt binnen de organisatie. Of het nu gaat om organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, arbeidsverhoudingen of duurzame inzetbaarheid: jij weet complexe HR-vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete en werkbare oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en helpt hen niet alleen vooruit, maar durft ook kritisch mee te denken en waar nodig constructief tegengas te geven. Samen bouw je aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie waarin ontwikkeling, verandering en samenwerking centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en ondersteunen van management en directie op uiteenlopende HR-thema's. Je bent veel zichtbaar binnen de organisatie en vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de business en verschillende HR-specialisten.
