At Hunkemöller, we're on an exciting transformation journey. As we continue to evolve our organization, people, and ways of working, we're looking for a senior HR Business Partner who can help shape the future of our international HQ. In this role, you will partner with leaders across a large part of our International HQ, including our Brand and Product teams (Design, Merchandise and Buying), as well as Operations, Marketing and E-commerce. You will play a critical role in organisational development, change management, talent strategies, employee relations, and leadership support, while helping to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who feels energized by working in an international, fast-paced retail environment. As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for leaders at all levels of the organization, from team leaders to directors and board members. - Partner with leaders across multiple HQ departments on all people-related topics. - Translate business priorities into effective HR initiatives and solutions. - Coach and challenge managers on leadership, team effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, and organizational design. - Support workforce planning, talent development and retention strategies. - Navigate complex employee relations cases and provide practical, compliant and business-focused advice. - Play a key role in driving organisational change and supporting transformation initiatives across the business. - Guide leaders through change processes and help build sustainable teams and structures. - Support the implementation of new ways of working, AI adoption, people initiatives, and strategic ...
