Als Contractmanager HRM bij CIZ ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en uitvoeren van contracten met externe leveranciers en de interne klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat contracten optimaal presteren, leveranciers hun afspraken nakomen en interne stakeholders kunnen vertrouwen op kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Je ondersteunt CIZ bij het maken van operationele en tactische keuzes op het gebied van inkoop en contractmanagement. Daarbij beweeg je je moeiteloos tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau. Je werkt intensief samen met onder andere Inkoop, HR Business Partners, de Inhuurdesk en het management van HRM. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van een projectteam dat werkt aan de introductie en implementatie van een nieuw contractmanagementbeleid en -proces.
