Dan is deze rol bij Carefos iets voor jou! Over de rol Als HR Business Partner ondersteun en adviseer je meerdere werkmaatschappijen binnen de Carefos-groep. Je bent sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers op uiteenlopende HR-thema's zoals verlof & verzuim, beoordelen & belonen en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Je beweegt je soepel tussen operatie en management: je zorgt dat de basis op orde is voor de HR-processen én denkt mee over ontwikkeling, beleid en verbeteringen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan HR-projecten en draag je actief bij aan een positieve en duurzame organisatiecultuur. Je rapporteert aan de HR-manager van Carefos en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen HR, waaronder de corporate recruiter en de HR-professionals die in dienst zijn bij de andere bij Carefos aangesloten bedrijven. Wat ga je doen als HR Business Partner? In deze brede en afwisselende rol hou je je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren en coachen van leidinggevenden bij hun dagelijkse HR-vraagstukken en ontwikkeling. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van geïntegreerd HR-beleid dat bijdraagt aan de groeistrategie binnen een divisie. - Bijdragen aan duurzame inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit en goed verzuimmanagement - Ondersteunen van HR-processen bij overnames en het op orde brengen van de HR-basis binnen Carefos-kaders. - Actieve betrokkenheid bij recruitment en employer branding, samen met de corporate recruiter. - Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige HR-administratie en betrouwbare rapportages. - Functioneel beheer van HR-systemen en bijdragen aan verdere digitalisering (o.a. AFAS). - Uitvoeren en coördineren van HR-projecten zoals verzuimaanbested...
