Functie Als HR-business partner beweeg je met gemak op strategische en tactisch niveau binnen een gemeente en weet je als geen ander hoe je het HR vak verder brengt. Met een scherpe blik denk je mee over de toekomst, ontwikkel je beleid dat écht werkt en zet je verbeteringen om in concrete acties. Jij brengt ervaring, frisse ideeën en oprechte betrokkenheid samen. Daarmee lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan duurzame inzetbaarheid en aan een organisatie waarin mensen met plezier en energie werken. Je verbindt strategische ambities met gedegen implementatieplannen en een praktische uitvoering.
