Als HR Business Partner adviseer je zelfstandig jouw klantgroepen over strategische, tactische én operationele HR-vraagstukken. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen organisatieontwikkeling, verandertrajecten en concrete personeelscasuïstiek. Daarbij kijk je kritisch naar bestaande processen en vertaal je ideeën naar concrete verbeteringen. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en andere HR-collega's en hebt veel contact met leidinggevenden binnen onder meer Koninklijke Van Wijhe Verf en Mooij Verf. Ook zet je HR en financiële data gericht in om keuzes te onderbouwen en pak je zelfstandig projecten op rondom thema's als Strategische personeelsinzet, medewerker ontwikkeling, duurzame inzetbaarheid en organisatie- en teamontwikkeling. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: - adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij strategische, tactische en operationele HR-vraagstukken; - begeleiden van organisatieontwikkeling en verandertrajecten; - zelfstandig initiëren en realiseren van HR-projecten rondom onder andere strategische HR, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - analyseren van HR-data en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete adviezen en verbeteringen; - professionaliseren van HR-processen en versterken van de brede inzetbaarheid binnen het HR-team.
