Locatie Rotterdam Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Rotterdam. Deze organisatie voert werkzaamheden uit op de Maasvlakte en richt zich op het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van technische installaties in het kader van de energietransitie. Het team in Rotterdam houdt bestaande assets op een hoog niveau beschikbaar en bereidt de installaties voor op toekomstige projecten en groei. De dagelijkse activiteiten omvatten onder andere het opstellen en uitvoeren van werk- en schakelplannen volgens NEN3140/3840, het analyseren van performance en het beoordelen van restlevensduur van componenten en het bewaken van naleving van ATEX-regelgeving. Het team adviseert over onderhoudsfilosofieën, onderhoudsconcepten en optimalisaties ten behoeve van betrouwbaarheid en efficiency. De werkzaamheden omvatten zowel storingsanalyse en -oplossing als voorbereiding en uitvoering van revisies en het vastleggen van technische gegevens in SAP. Er wordt nauw samengewerkt met productie en engineering en er is aandacht voor kostenbewustzijn en kwaliteit.
