" Functieomschrijving Als HR Business Partner bij SportCity ben je de sparringpartner voor clubmanagers in jouw regio en sta je midden in de operatie. Jij weet wat er speelt op de vloer en vertaalt dit naar slimme HR-oplossingen die bijdragen aan sterke teams, goede bezetting en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je schakelt continu tussen strategie en praktijk: van personeelsplanning en recruitment tot leiderschapsontwikkeling en complexe casuïstiek. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met recruitment, operations en HR-specialisten en heb je directe impact op het succes van de clubs in jouw regio. Je gaat werken in een team met 3 andere collega's en samen servicen jullie het gehele land. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert over instroom, wervingsstrategie en personeelsplanning, afgestemd op de dynamiek van jouw regio. - Je ondersteunt en coacht clubmanagers op thema's als verzuim, performance en teamontwikkeling. - Je analyseert data (zoals vacaturedruk, verloop en inzetbaarheid) en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties. - Je versterkt leiderschap binnen de clubs en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van (toekomstige) leidinggevenden. - Je begeleidt HR- en arbeidsrechtelijke casussen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming. - Je speelt een rol bij regionale vraagstukken zoals groei, overnames en verandertrajecten. - Je draagt bij aan het implementeren en verbeteren van HR-beleid en processen.
