Als HR Business Partner bij Evides Waterbedrijf ben je de strategische sparringpartner voor management en directie van diverse stafafdelingen. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken op het gebied van organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap, arbeidsverhoudingen en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Daarbij beweeg je je moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet je managers te ondersteunen én uit te dagen bij veranderingen binnen hun teams en afdelingen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een ambitieuze HR-afdeling van circa 40 professionals en werkt nauw samen met vijf HR Business Partners en verschillende HR-experts op onderwerpen zoals leren & ontwikkelen, arbeidsrecht, strategische personeelsplanning en inclusie. Je bent veel aanwezig in de business en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen management, directie en HR. In deze rol werk je voornamelijk voor de stafafdelingen, waar je samen met hoogopgeleide professionals en leidinggevenden bouwt aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Binnen Evides krijg je volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan teamontwikkeling, organisatieverandering en de verdere professionalisering van HR. Jouw werkzaamheden - Adviseren en ondersteunen van management en directie bij complexe HR-vraagstukken op het gebied van organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en arbeidsverhoudingen. - Begeleiden van organisatieveranderingen en managers ondersteunen bij verandertrajecten binnen de stafafdelingen. - Vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete HR-oplossingen en bijdragen aan de realisatie van strategische HR-doelstellingen. - Fungeren als verbindende schakel tussen de business en HR-specialisten op het gebied van onder andere recruitment, verzuim, ler...
