Onze focus ligt op zowel verse als houdbare biologische levensmiddelen en duurzame non-food. Of het nu gaat om een lokale ondernemer die op zoek is naar duurzame producten of een grote keten die zijn aanbod wil verduurzamen; wij staan klaar als betrouwbare partner om samen de volgende stap te zetten richting een 100% biologisch voedselsysteem. We leveren Benelux-breed aan onder andere natuurvoedingswinkels, bio-supers en speciaalzaken, maar ook aan foodserviceklanten zoals horecaondernemers en cateraars. Ons assortiment is continu in ontwikkeling: divers en volgens de laatste foodtrends. Zo blijven we onze klanten een onderscheidend totaalassortiment bieden. Naast de merken van vertrouwde leveranciers, met wie we vaak al jarenlang samenwerken, voeren we ook verschillende onderscheidende private labels. Ook is Udea franchisegever van de biologische supermarktformules Ekoplaza en Ekoplaza foodmarqt. Vanuit al onze afdelingen werken we samen als één team aan een optimistische en ambitieuze uitdaging: het voedselsysteem duurzaam veranderen. We zijn misschien niet de grootste club van Veghel, maar wél de groenste én gezelligste. Ter uitbreiding zoeken wij een HR Business Partner voor 24-32 uur per week . Wat ga je doen? Je denkt mee over de toekomst van onze organisatie en vertaalt onze ambities naar concrete HR-oplossingen die écht het verschil maken. Samen met je HR-collega's werk je aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie waarin talent wordt aangetrokken, ontwikkeld en behouden.
