Bij een tijdelijk contract in loondienst geldt: Een salaris conform CAO Metaal en Techniek, afhankelijk van ervaring tussen € 3.992,- en € 5.290,- (functieschaal I of J). € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding conform interne regeling (maximaal 60 km per dag) Uitdaging, afwisseling en veel ruimte en vrijheid om de rol op jouw manier vorm te geven. Een fijne, open werksfeer en leuke collega's. Wat vragen we? Je hebt een opleiding op hbo-niveau afgerond richting HRM. Je bent een verbinder en aanpakker, gaat pro actief te werk en wilt er samen voor gaan. Je bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus effectief te communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré) en hebt een heldere en motiverende stijl. Je hebt affiniteit met een technische productieomgeving en weet je moeiteloos aan te passen aan deze dynamische werkomgeving.
