Boels Rental Sittard - - 32 - 40 uur - HBO - € 4.466,- tot € 6.379,- HR Business Partner HQ in Sittard In de rol van HR Business Partner voor een van onze HQ afdelingen ben je als strategisch sparringspartner voor het management verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen en implementeren van de HR-strategie binnen Boels. Als HR Business Partner voor de hoofdkantoorafdelingen (HQ) ben je een strategische sparringpartner voor het management. Je adviseert en ondersteunt bij organisatieontwikkeling, personeelsplanning en verandertrajecten, waarbij je de vertaalslag maakt van bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar passende HR-strategieën en initiatieven. Je maakt deel uit van het HR-team en werkt nauw samen met jouw twee collega HR Business Partners voor HQ, met wie je regelmatig kennis en ervaringen uitwisselt. Daarnaast onderhoud je intensief contact met het management van de afdelingen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent en draag je actief bij aan het realiseren van hun organisatiedoelstellingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Stimuleren van talent-, leiderschaps- en organisatieontwikkeling. - Versterken van performance management en medewerker betrokkenheid. - Adviseren bij complexe HR-, verzuim- en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Het oppakken van alledaagse HR Business Partner werkzaamheden, waaronder het voeren van gesprekken met managers en werknemers over ontwikkeling, performance, functiewijzigingen e.d. - Bijdragen aan verandertrajecten, integraties en organisatie brede HR-projecten. - Monitoren van HR-data en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
