Als HR Business Partner bij Humankind ben je een betrokken en deskundige sparringpartner voor je regiodirecteur en voor leidinggevenden. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende personeels- en organisatievraagstukken, denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen en draagt bij aan een werkomgeving waarin collega's zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Zo maak jij, achter de schermen én samen met je collega's, het verschil voor onze medewerkers en uiteindelijk voor de kinderen waarvoor we ons iedere dag inzetten Zo ben jij. Van nature. In deze zelfstandige rol word je een onmisbare sparringpartner voor je regiodirecteur en het management in jouw regio (Holland-Zuid) op het gebied van alle HR-vraagstukken. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de uitdagingen in jouw regio, zoals onder andere het verhogen van het arbeidsvermogen, het terugdringen van verzuim en het behoud van medewerkers.
