Deine Aufgaben

* Als Sparring-Partner stehst du Führungskräften in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen zur Seite

* Du kümmerst dich, gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich, um die Disposition des Eigen- und Fremdpersonals für unsere Projekte

* Personalabrufe bei Zeitarbeitsfirmen inkl. von duzegehörigen administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen sowie an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Lösungen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und unternehmensspezifischer Richtlinien

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung sämtlicher personaladministrativer Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt

Das bringst du mit

* Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner

* Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personal, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Praxiskenntnisse in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:Innen

* Hohe Servicesorientierung, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 56.000,00 Euro vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich gegeben.
